20CrMnTi is a carburized steel with good performance and high hardenability. After carburizing and quenching, it has a hard and wear-resistant surface and a tough center, high low-temperature impact toughness, medium weldability, and good machinability after normalizing. It is a substitute steel of 18CrMnTi, which is widely used as carburized parts. In the automobile and tractor industries, it is used as an important carburized part with a section of less than 30mm, which can withstand high speed, medium or heavy load, impact and friction, such as gear, shaft, gear ring, gear shaft, main shaft of sliding bearing, crosshead, claw clutch, worm, etc.
