1. Activation of partial thromboplastin time (APTT) should be within the reference range;
2. Prothrombin time (PT) should be within the reference interval;
3. Thrombin time (TT) should be within the reference range;
4. Fibrinogen (FIB) should be within the reference range;

6. HBsAg, HCV antibody, hiv-1/2 antibody and syphilis should all be negative
