You may not like the answer to this question. There is no way to know if businesses will be shut down again, and if there is a second shutdown, it will be because of the same reasons as the first one. The reason you can't predict whether or not there will be a shutdown is because it's based on politics rather than economics; there have been many instances where politicians have disagreed over how much money should go toward funding government programs or services. In fact, this was exactly what happened during our last major financial crisis in 2013-2014 when Congress failed to agree on how best to handle our nation's economy at that time (which led us into another recession).
The best press release service is that while we don't know exactly what kind of situation we'll face when another one happens again—whether it's related directly with some sort of political disagreement between parties within Congress itself or something else entirely—it doesn't mean that anyone should panic just yet!

If the economy were shut down, it would be a long and painful process. The stock market would have to be re-calibrated, which could take up to two years to complete.
