High-level lightning impulse withstand voltage:
The lightning impulse voltage of our vacuum interrupters are very good, for example, 12kV VI can reach up to 95kV, 24kV VI can up to 145kV, 40.5kV VI can up to 215kV, there is a report of 24kV VI, the BIL can up to 188.22kV.
Inspection Equipment:
We own high-level inspection equipment to test the ceramic, bellow; and 100% check the brazed parts of the vacuum interrupters to seek leakage ones;100% inspect vacuum degree by 3 times before dispatching; high-voltage aging can well burn the metal burr on the vacuum interrupter parts so that can make sure good quality products. Press tanks can help us seek air leakage VI in very short time, equal to lay VI in the air for 60 days.
Qualification:
Dayu Hanguang Brand vacuum interrupters have successfully passed type tests in authoritative test stations, such as KEMA,KERI, Italy CESI, India CPRI, XIHARI (Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute),the state high voltage apparatus quality supervision and inspection centre test station, the Ministry of railways product quality supervision and inspection center etc.
Package:
1). The packaged vacuum interrupters can be transported by vehicles, trains, airplanes, steamship and other vehicles, during automobile transportation, the allowable degree of turbulence is equivalent to a car traveling at a speed of 20km/h on a third-level road.
2). Vacuum interrupters should be stored in the ventilated, dry, non-corrosive atmosphere room.
3). Each vacuum interrupter is accompanied by a product certificate, and each box is accompanied by an installation manual.
4). The storage warranty period is eighteen month.(From the dispatch date)
