WLW series vertical oil-free reciprocating vacuum pump is equipped with two filling cavity, one inert gas filling cavity and one recovery gas filling cavity between the cylinder and the body. When removing flammable, explosive, toxic gas can be filled with inert gas, so that air (combustible-supporting agent) can not leak into the cylinder, to avoid accidents; When the gas needs to be recovered, it can be filled with the recovered gas to ensure the purity of the recovered gas. WL and WLW suction mode is single action, while 2WL and 2WLW suction mode is double action, so lower ultimate pressure can be obtained.
